3D Planimetric Vector CAD Linework
Our 3D Planimetric Vector CAD Linework Service provides accurate georeferenced vector mapping precisely aligned to high-density LiDAR data for reliable positional consistency and elevation-aware deliverables.
We extract and map a wide range of site features including pavement edges, curbs, sidewalks, buildings, utility structures, drainage features, striping, fences, retaining walls, poles, signage, tree lines, painted markings, and other surface improvements. Custom feature extraction and client-specific layer standards can also be incorporated to meet unique project requirements.
Deliverables are provided in industry-standard .DWG and GIS .SHP vector formats for seamless integration into engineering, surveying, construction, and GIS workflows.

Photogrammetry
Our Photogrammetry Service is designed to deliver high-resolution 45mp imagery for 2D Orthomosaic Maps, 3D models, and Images for Inspection purposes.
While we don't focus solely on Photogrammetry, we do offer this service as an value friendly add-on to our LiDAR Mapping service. Almost 100% of our clients for LiDAR Mapping, have opted for this add-on to gather the high-resolution 2D Orthographic imagery.
Not only is this a great affordable way to verify site conditions during LiDAR capture, but it provides you with an aerial map and folder of high resolution images to inspect as your project as needed.

ALTA & Environmental Surveying
Our ALTA & Environmental Surveying Service is completed in coordination with trusted and experienced engineering & environmental consulting firms to provide incredibly accurate LiDAR, Imagery and Planimetric data for a complete an accurate survey and evaluation on your projects.
This process is tailored to help expedite the process. In many cases, we are able to save our clients money and get your surveys, evaluations and permits completed much quicker than traditional methods.
If preferred, we can work directly with any Engineering and Environmental Consulting Firms.
